This pack contains an equal 1/8 portion of the whole carcass weighing approx. 20-25kg & includes Eye Fillet, Rib Fillet, T-Bone, Rump, Oyster Blade, Blade & Round (BBQ Steak), Osso Bucco, Diced Steak as well as Rib Roast, Topside Roast, Nitrate Free Corned Silverside & Brisket, Premium Mince & Gluten & Preservative Free Sausages. Depending on carcass & available cuts, you may also receive Blade Roast, Rib Rack &/or Beef Strips.

Meaty Soup Bones & Beef Stock Bones from the portion are included FREE. If not required please just let us know so we can remove them from your pack!

Points to Consider

Organ Meat:

Where 1/8, 1/4, or 1/2 packs are ordered - Organ Meats (Liver, Kidney, Heart, Cheek & Oxtail) will be offered on a "first in - first served" basis at $7.00/kg.
- Nitrate Free Corned Tongue will also be offered on a "first in - first served" basis at $7.00/kg

Meaty Soup & Beef Stock/Carcass Bones:

These will be included in all Bulk packs, however they do not contribute to the weight of the pack.
If not required, please specify & we will remove them from your order.

Prices:

All prices quoted are based on actual meat weights. As each carcass varies in yield, final prices of each pack will not be known until the processed carcass is picked up &
each pack is put together & weighed. We will contact you ASAP with this final weight & price once known.
